Across Australia, new programs are being introduced to ensure workers and managers are equipped, knowledgeable, and ready to create safer, more inclusive workplaces.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Let\u2019s take a look at what is happening around the country.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #ec267b;\"><b>New South Wales<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">The Public Service Commission has launched\u00a0<b>Disability Inclusion Training<\/b>\u00a0for staff and managers, building confidence and awareness across workplaces.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Hospitality venues must now complete\u00a0<b>sexual harassment and violence prevention training<\/b>\u00a0as part of RSA accreditation, raising the bar for safety.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #ec267b;\"><b>South Australia<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">By the end of 2025, all licensed venues will roll out\u00a0<b>bystander awareness training<\/b>\u00a0alongside RSA.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">This equips staff to identify and respond to harassment, drink spiking, and unsafe behaviour, protecting both workers and patrons.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #ec267b;\"><b>Victoria<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Victoria is updating RSA to include\u00a0<b>family violence, sexual assault, and harassment awareness<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">The aim is to give frontline staff the tools to act when it matters most.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #ec267b;\"><b>Why It Matters<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Training is evolving to give people the knowledge and confidence to navigate a changing hospitality landscape.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #ec267b;\"><b>Pinnacle People leading since 1991<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Pinnacle People has been at the forefront of hospitality staffing since 1991.
