\n\tWe are now many months into the global pandemic caused by COVID-19 and the hotel industry has been brought to a screeching halt, but some have adapted to survive and risen through innovation.  One such hotel group is the Ovolo Hotels with their Restaurant in Room solution \u2013 how to get some R\u2018n\u2019R with R in R.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n\tRestaurant in Room by Ovolo is available from Thu-Sat each week for a private dining experience for two people in one of their hotel rooms, with an option to occupy the room for the entire night as an add-on.  The overnight stay includes Ovolo \u2018Perks\u2019 of free WiFi, mini-bar and breakfast the following morning.  <\/span><\/p>\n

\n\tCurrently, the concept is being offered at the Ovolo Nishi in Canberra and Ovolo Woolloomooloo\u2019s Alibi Bar & Kitchen, with further expansion to other Ovolo properties in Australia as we see restrictions lift. <\/span><\/p>\n

\n\tHotels are set to face a balancing act after the disruption of COVID-19, having to enforce new challenging measures to remain viable, adapt their service structure whilst still offering their customers options and choices.
