The program offers inspiration and a \u201ctaste\u201d of the industry under the culinary guardianship of restaurants such as Rockpool Bar &amp; Grill, Bistro Guillaume, Aria, Icebergs Dining Room, The European, Catalina and more. This elite training program provides on the job training combined with contemporary industry qualifications to turn a passion for food and cooking into a rewarding career.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tNICI was started by a group of people in the sector who saw evident, a lack of indigenous presence in the fine dining industry. Established in 2012, NICI creates learning and skills for a lifetime.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<em>\u201cAt Pinnacle People we believe every person should have the opportunity to explore their passion. We are delighted to begin this partnership with NICI and to see what the future holds for this fantastic organisation and every one of their aspiring chefs\u201d<\/em> \u2013 Wendy Mead<\/p>\n<p>\n\tNICI&#8217;s philosophy is that if an Indigenous person has an opportunity to be trained by the best in the industry they will become the best.
