Company History
Pinnacle was formed in 1991 by Managing Director Wendy Mead with a view of providing superior recruitment services for the hospitality industry. Wendy had worked in a variety of high profile roles in the hospitality industry and saw the need for a recruitment company that was willing to listen to the industry and provide professional temporary and permanent employees.
Initially only servicing corporate boardrooms and hotels with waiting staff, Pinnacle has gone from strength to strength; adding chefs and cooks and then permanent placements to its service list
The Sydney operation was opened in 1997 and quickly became known as an industry leader. The Sydney Olympics provided the perfect vehicle for Pinnacle to showcase its talents.
Responding to its national client requests Pinnacle opened its Brisbane office in 2000, servicing Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Cairns and Townsville. The Queensland operation is expanding at a rapid pace and is well positioned to deliver to the many varied businesses in the region.
In 2003 Perth was opened and Perth is now well established and highly regarded in both the temporary and permanent markets.
As well as our established offices Pinnacle also undertakes regular assignments in Central Australia, Darwin, Tasmania, New Zealand, Asia and the Middle East.
